Effective August 2026. First Experts Logistics Plc ("First Experts," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

First Experts Logistics Plc is a freight forwarding company based in Lagos, Nigeria, at 1 Murtala Muhammed International Airport Road, Opposite Hajji Camp. We are the "data controller" for the information described in this policy: the organisation responsible for deciding how and why it is used.

We collect personal information you choose to give us directly, through the Quote and Contact forms on this site. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about a shipment you want moved: origin, destination, cargo description, weight, and preferred timing. We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to you, prepare a quote, and arrange and manage your shipment if you choose to book with us. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, under any circumstances.
4. Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to our team by a form processing service acting on our instructions, solely to route your message to us by email. It is not shared with any other party. We may disclose information where required by law, such as in response to a valid request from a Nigerian regulatory or law enforcement authority.
5. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. It does not currently run visitor analytics. If that changes in the future, this policy and the site will be updated to disclose it and, where required, ask for your consent first.

We retain enquiry and shipment information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any dispute, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information to a high standard.

9. International shipments
Because we arrange international freight, shipment-related information you provide may be shared with carriers, customs authorities, and agents in the countries your cargo moves through, strictly as needed to complete that shipment.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The effective date at the top of this page will always show when it was last revised.
