You don't need finished paperwork to get a useful quote. You need enough detail for us to recommend the right mode and give you a realistic rate and schedule. Here's what actually moves that conversation forward.
1. What you're shipping
A general description is enough at this stage: what the cargo is, roughly how much it weighs or how much space it takes up. If it's unusual in some way, mention that too, since it can affect which service fits best.
2. Where it's coming from
The city or region of origin. If it needs to be picked up from a specific address rather than dropped off at a port or airport, mention that, since it affects whether Door to Door makes sense.
3. Where it's going
Your destination, as specifically as you can give it. See our Routes page for lanes we serve regularly, though we can typically arrange routes beyond that list too.
4. When you need it
Your ideal pickup date, and how firm that deadline actually is. This is often the single biggest factor in whether Air Freight or Sea Freight makes more sense, see our guide on choosing between them if you're unsure.
